Farms Mobile Food Truck, outside our butchery by professional chefs. All ingredients are made on the day. Have a drive through experience by stopping next to our Food Truck door and we will hand you your order. No need to leave your vehicle. Safe and secure.
Our hand rolled 180g Wagyu burger patty, placed on rocket or watercress, and caramelized onion relish, topped with melted cheddar, homemade barbecue sauce with tomatoes and pickles and nestled in a brioche bun. Served with Rustic Chips as an extra.
A smaller 125g burger patty option with the same ingredients as the Classic. Served with Rustic Chips as an extra.
All our Wagyu cattle are certified and registered with the Wagyu Society of South Africa. Originating from Japan, Wagyu is known for its superior marbling, which are the fine veins of fat in the meat. This fat is high in Omega 3 and Omega 6, and is considered a healthy fat. The result is a very smooth, and buttery taste which is unique to Wagyu. Our marbling is consistently around a 7-9 count out of 11. We do produce Wagyu with higher marbling counts.
Keep refrigerated 0-5°C for up to 2 weeks if vacuum sealed or for 1 day if sealed with a normal perishable wrapping. Consume within the use by date. Once pack is opened use on the same day. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase if not vacuum sealed. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted. Please note, if the seal breaks, the product may become contaminated.
Our products are Gross Mass Weight. We endeavour to supply the unit weight as advertised, but that this is not always possible. Thus, there may be up to a 10% variance in the weight of the specific item purchased.
