Our Tallow is rendered Wagyu fat that is solid at room temperature and is shelf-stable, meaning it can be stored for an extended period of time in an air-tight container. Due to tallow’s extremely high smoke point of 220ºC, it’s long been known as a great medium for frying.
When melted, L.A. FARMS Wagyu Tallow is a clear oil, packed with heart-healthy oleic acid. In addition, tallow can promote radiant skin as well as helps the body absorb more vitamin A, D, E and K, to boost the immune system.
