L.A. FARMS Grass-Fed Angus Stew pieces and Grass-Fed Bone Broth

500g L.A. FARMS Grass-Fed Angus Stew pieces
4 cups L.A. FARMS Grass-Fed Bone Broth
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
2 potatoes, peeled and diced
1 punnet of mushrooms, sliced
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

 

Instructions:

    1. In a large pot, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in some olive oil until softened.
    2. Add the L.A. FARMS Grass-Fed Angus Stew pieces to the pot and brown on all sides.
    3. Pour in the L.A. FARMS Grass-Fed Bone Broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 1-2 hours until the meat is tender.
    4. Add the sliced carrots, diced potatoes, mushrooms, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
    5. Continue to simmer the stew for another 30 minutes until the vegetables are cooked through.
    6. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
    7. Serve the stew hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
