500g L.A. FARMS Grass-Fed Angus Stew pieces
4 cups L.A. FARMS Grass-Fed Bone Broth
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
2 potatoes, peeled and diced
1 punnet of mushrooms, sliced
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a large pot, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in some olive oil until softened.
- Add the L.A. FARMS Grass-Fed Angus Stew pieces to the pot and brown on all sides.
- Pour in the L.A. FARMS Grass-Fed Bone Broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 1-2 hours until the meat is tender.
- Add the sliced carrots, diced potatoes, mushrooms, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Continue to simmer the stew for another 30 minutes until the vegetables are cooked through.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Serve the stew hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
