West Coast Lamb
We breed with Meat or “Vleis” Merinos. With the ethos of sustainability, our sheep are shorn and we raise them roaming freely in our fields, often alongside our Angus herd. Our lamb carcasses have an average weight of 18 to 20kg and have a consistent A2 grading.
