Lamb burgers are made from 100% Free-Range Lamb.
Contains: Salt, pepper and Dijon mustard. Ideal for braai or grill.
Gross Mass Weight: 600g (4 X 150g), 500g (4 X 125g), 400g (2 x 200g), 320g (4 X 80g), 300g (2 X 150g)
We breed with Meat or “Vleis” Merinos. With the ethos of sustainability, our sheep are shorn and we raise them roaming freely in our fields, often alongside our Angus and Wagyu herds. Our lamb carcasses have an average weight of 18 to 20kg and have a consistent A2 grading. Grading can be A1 and A3 on occasion.
Keep refrigerated 0-5°C for up to 2 weeks if vacuum sealed or for 1 day if sealed with a normal perishable wrapping. Consume within the use by date. Once pack is opened use on the same day. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase if not vacuum sealed. Use within 2 weeks. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted. Please note, if the seal breaks, the product may become contaminated.
Our products are Gross Mass Weight. We endeavour to supply the unit weight as advertised, but that this is not always possible. Thus, there may be up to a 10% variance in the weight of the specific item purchased.
