Shipping policy
Orders and Deliveries:
Cape Town and surrounding suburbs: Same day delivery for orders received before 11 am, Monday to Friday. (Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays) All orders received after 11 am will have the following-day delivery.Â
SAME DAY DELIVERY - Only applicable for selected areas within a 35km radius of our butchery in Wynberg. Orders must be placed before 11 am.Â
West Coast and Other Outlying Areas: Orders received before 11 am, the following day delivery, up to 48 hours. Monday to Friday
Johannesburg: Orders received before 11 am on Tuesday, Delivery on Thursday between 6 pm and 9 pm.
General Requirements:
- Customers must ensure someone is at the delivery address to receive the goods.
- Delivery criteria: minimum order of R450 for orders placed within 35km of the butchery, West Coast and other outlying areas are R850 minimum order.
- For orders under R450, you may collect from our store through the store pick-up option.
- Should no one be able to receive the goods at the customer's address, L.A. FARMS will have the goods returned to its premises, will contact the customer for the next alternative date of delivery, and will charge the additional delivery fee, payable by the customer on receiving the order.
- L.A. FARMS can only accommodate deliveries on the stated days and areas as per the Shipping policy.
- FREE DELIVERY to all orders over R1200 and within 35km of our butchery in Cape Town.
